I use integrative psychiatry to lift your mental load—depression, PTSD, autism—ages 5-95. My strength-based lens blends meds (stimulants, anxiolytics, stabilizers), nootropics like L-theanine or NAC, and mindfulness to restore calm and strength.
I’m an ADHD neurodivergent who gets the mental tangle—alone, with a partner, or family. Across ages 5-95, I’ve been there and want to help you find peace and power, whatever your fight. Let’s team up—I’m here to hear you and help you rise.
My ideal client battles overthinking, stress, or feeling stuck—craving focus and calm. They’re done with endless meds and being told what to do. They need a partner to help craft short-term interventions: interactive support, medication regimens that make sense utilizing both pharmaceuticals and natural nootropics, and realistic treatment plans paired with tools like therapy, meditation, or acupuncture. I guide them toward lasting change through collaboration, not orders, blending science and holistic care.
I'm thrilled to be part of your mental health care journey. I'm passionate about the benefits of therapy and the positive difference that a caring relationship with a therapist may bring.
The most important part of my clinical approach is building a foundation of respect, safety, gentleness and communication.I believe that my strengths as a provider include lived experience with a mental health journey myself, a compassionate and flexible approach, building a genuine and warm connection with my clients, and my quirky sense of humor.I practice allyship with BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities, practice with a neurodiversity-affirming approach, and am Health at Every size aligned.
While I’m able to support many different therapeutic goals, I have a special interest in working with people who are neurodivergent, have a lived experience with trauma, those looking to better manage anxiety, or those who are looking to create a more peaceful relationship with food and/or body image. I’m able to offer telehealth services for ages 8+ and parent-based support is available for those under the age of 8.
I’ve been a therapist since 2021 and previously have worked in non-clinical roles in the mental health field. I’ve completed graduate degrees in human and social services (2019) and social work (2021). I'm also currently working on my PhD in social work at Walden University. I became DBT certified in 2024 and offer a modified DBT approach. In my spare time I enjoy art, animals and pets, being in nature, and traveling. I look forward to our work together!

I believe all people deserve high-quality and welcoming mental health care. I approach psychiatry as an art and science— that is, the art of human connection and the science of the brain and body. While a large role of mine is to diagnose and manage medications, I also understand that a person is far more than their diagnosis and that medication (if indicated) is only one piece of wellness.
I have extensive experience both diagnosing and treating mental health conditions in children, adolescents, and adults including: (but not limited to) Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Panic Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Social Anxiety, Trichotillomania, MDD/Depression, PTSD/Trauma, Psychosis, Insomnia, ADHD, Bipolar I/II, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Schizophrenia. I have also proudly treated diverse patient populations among community health, university, and private practice settings.
