Your first step in psychiatric care is a thoughtful 60-minute evaluation designed to understand your mental health needs, explore your goals, and offer a clear path forward. Perfect for those seeking new diagnoses, second opinions, or care transitions.

Testing Services

Discover personalized insight with our ADHD and genetic testing services. FDA-approved tools and one-on-one guidance help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and a care plan built just for you.

Therapy

Virtual therapy for clients 8 and older. We specialize in trauma recovery, anxiety, neurodivergence, body image work, DBT, and support for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. The first evaluation session is $250.

ADHD & Executive Functioning Coaching

Virtual, diagnosis-free coaching designed to help you stay organized, motivated, and clear-headed. You’ll leave sessions with tools tailored to how your brain works—no clinical labels required.

Medication Management

Follow-up sessions (30–45 minutes) to adjust medications, track side effects, and fine-tune your plan. For stable patients, visits are typically quarterly unless more support is needed.
