$500 – Remote, FDA-Approved ADHD Testing for Ages 6–60
We offer remote QbCheck ADHD testing for individuals ages 6 to 60 by provider referral. QbCheck is an FDA-cleared, objective tool that measures attention, impulsivity, and activity levels. It’s used to support accurate ADHD diagnosis and to evaluate how well current treatments are working.
Cost Breakdown:
$250 for the QbCheck test (completed remotely)
$250 for the interpretation and a follow-up appointment to develop a treatment plan
Note: Before QbCheck can be scheduled, you must complete an initial psychiatric evaluation. This allows us to determine whether ADHD testing is appropriate and ensures you receive thoughtful, medically informed care.
