DBT GROUP coming soon!

What Is DBT?

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based therapy model designed to help individuals who experience mood instability, intense emotional responses, or self-destructive behaviors. Originally developed to treat borderline personality disorder, DBT is now widely used for a range of mental health concerns—including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and ADHD.

Our groups focus on the four core DBT skill modules:

  • Mindfulness: Learn to stay grounded and present, even during emotional storms.

  • Distress Tolerance: Build tools to survive crisis moments without making things worse.

  • Emotion Regulation: Understand and manage strong emotions more effectively.

  • Interpersonal Effectiveness: Improve communication, boundaries, and self-respect in relationships.
