Who We Are

Founding Philosophy

At Edwards Psychiatry, we offer inclusive, affirming mental health care that centers your voice and values. Whether you’re managing ADHD, anxiety, trauma, or seeking culturally competent support, we approach care with respect, expertise, and lived experience.

I believe all people are inherently worthy of high-quality mental health care, and I’m especially passionate about advocating for and supporting marginalized and vulnerable communities. I also often use humor to help patients and families feel at ease.

My goal is for every person to feel consistently seen, heard, and safe in our care.

Rooting for you,
Domenique Edwards, MSN, ARNP, PMHNP-BC

Our Services

We offer care that’s flexible, collaborative, and personalized to you — because the answer isn’t always a prescription.

Psychiatric Evaluation

Your first step in psychiatric care is a thoughtful 60-minute evaluation designed to understand your mental health needs, explore your goals, and offer a clear path forward. Perfect for those seeking new diagnoses, second opinions, or care transitions.

Testing Services

Discover personalized insight with our ADHD and genetic testing services. FDA-approved tools and one-on-one guidance help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and a care plan built just for you.

Therapy

Virtual therapy for clients 8 and older. We specialize in trauma recovery, anxiety, neurodivergence, body image work, DBT, and support for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. The first evaluation session is $250.

ADHD & Executive Functioning Coaching

Virtual, diagnosis-free coaching designed to help you stay organized, motivated, and clear-headed. You’ll leave sessions with tools tailored to how your brain works—no clinical labels required.

Medication Management

Follow-up sessions (30–45 minutes) to adjust medications, track side effects, and fine-tune your plan. For stable patients, visits are typically quarterly unless more support is needed.

Groups

At Edwards Psychiatry, our DBT Group offers a supportive space to learn practical skills for managing emotions, improving relationships, and finding balance in daily life.
